Section 44
Report due
(1) Every year, within one month of the end of the financial year, the consumer group shall disclose the financial details and the status of the community forest and submit the annual report of its activities to the Division Forest Office.
(2) Based on the annual report received in accordance with sub-section (1), the Division Forest Office may give necessary suggestions to the concerned consumer groups.
